Search, tour, and make an offer yourself — or list your home directly. Backed by verified valuation data, not a commission-driven middleman.
Every step a traditional agent would normally gate — you do it directly, with verified data behind you.
Verified pricing, tax history, and comps pulled directly from live Realtor.com listings — the same data agents and brokers see.
Request a self-guided or scheduled tour once you're identity-verified. No agent coordination required.
Review disclosures and condition data with plain-language flags on what to verify yourself.
Build a state-compliant offer with a guided wizard — price, contingencies, earnest money, timeline.
Track inspection, appraisal, and closing milestones through to keys in hand.
Tour on your schedule. Buy on your terms.
Sellers still pay to list. There's no rule that says a buyer or seller needs someone else negotiating on their behalf.
2.5–3% commission, now an explicit buyer-side negotiation since the industry's commission structure changed nationally.
Incentive is speed and closing — not necessarily the lowest price for you.
Touring on their calendar, not yours.
Zero buyer-side commission — apply the savings as a credit or a lower offer.
Verified data with no sales incentive attached to the number.
Tour, review, and offer on your own timeline.
Real homes. Real data. No agent commission built into the asking price.
All listings verified through Stripe Identity — no unverified sellers.

Not one flat fee for everyone. A traditional agent charges the same 2.5–3% whether you need a lot of help or almost none — these paths let the cost actually match the help.
Search, tour, and offer entirely yourself through the platform — no agent involved at any point.
You handle search, touring, and offer-building yourself through the platform's tools. HomeLaxy's own broker of record signs off on what needs a licensed signature — you're not left to figure out compliance on your own, but there's no agent guiding the negotiation or walkthroughs.
Best fit if you're comfortable doing the legwork and mainly want the legal side handled correctly, not a person walking you through it.
A real licensed agent from our network handles paperwork and negotiation support, for a fraction of a traditional commission.
You're matched with a real licensed agent from HomeLaxy's network who works for a flat or reduced fee instead of a traditional commission. They handle the paperwork, forms, and negotiation support — you still drive the search and decision-making through the platform.
Best fit if you want a person handling the transaction details, but not the 2.5–3% price tag that usually comes with it.
Post your transaction once — licensed agents and brokers in our network compete with flat-fee bids for your business. You pick.
You post your transaction details once — property, timeline, what kind of help you want — and licensed agents/brokers in the network submit competing flat-fee bids. You compare them side by side and pick whoever fits, on price or fit or both.
Best fit if you want the lowest possible professional fee and don't mind a short bidding window before you start.
A real estate attorney represents you directly — drafts or reviews the contract, handles the closing. The most hands-on, most protected path.
A real estate attorney represents you directly through the whole transaction — drafting or reviewing the contract, handling disclosures, and managing the closing. You pay the attorney's fee directly; HomeLaxy doesn't take a cut of it.
Best fit if you want the most legally protected path, or your state expects attorney involvement regardless.
An add-on, not a fifth path — layer it onto any of the four above for priority tour scheduling and expedited offer turnaround, for an extra fee.
None of these four paths are live yet — this is the real model we're building toward, shown honestly rather than as a working marketplace before it exists. Inspection, title, escrow, and lender fees are always separate from any path, paid directly to those providers.
HomeLaxy is a MeriDian AccUmen SoLutioNs venture, built on real-time market data — not a synthetic estimate or a sales pipeline.
Property records, pricing, and market data come directly from active Realtor.com listings — the same records agents themselves work from, not a synthetic or lagging estimate.
Nobody here is paid based on the price you pay. The valuation data has no incentive attached to it either way.
Inspectors, title companies, and lenders you work with are independent providers you choose — HomeLaxy doesn't sell you a bundled in-house service.
Yes, in all 50 states. A buyer's agent has never been a legal requirement — it's a service you can choose to use or not.
Listing agents have a duty to present all offers to their seller. An offer with no buyer-agent commission attached is often more attractive to a seller, not less, since it can mean a lower net cost or more room to negotiate price.
A financing contingency, built into the offer wizard, protects your earnest money deposit if your loan doesn't come through — you can walk away without losing your deposit, as long as the contingency terms are met.
It depends on the state. Some states legally require an attorney to be involved in closing regardless of whether you use an agent — HomeLaxy's initial launch states don't require this, but we'll always tell you upfront if yours does. If you'd rather have an attorney handle things directly either way, that's exactly what the Attorney Representation path above is for.
It protects sellers and their homes, and it's what makes self-guided or lightly-supervised tours possible without an agent present. Verification is handled by Stripe Identity — HomeLaxy never stores your ID documents directly.
None yet, formally — Texas, Wisconsin, and Illinois are in review, each requiring a real, attorney-reviewed contract template before launch. See the Availability section below for current status.
Real estate contracts are state-specific by law. HomeLaxy is launching carefully — each state goes live only once it has a real, attorney-reviewed contract template.
